Donovan Phillips Leitch, známý především pod jménem Donovan, je skotský muzikan a písničkář. Vytořil sty, který míchá hudbu folkovou, jazzovou, popovou a rockovou.

Prvně se dostal do povědomí fanoušků díky televizní sérii Ready, Steady, Go!. Proslavily ho také hit "Catch the Wind" a album Sunshine Superman (1966). Poté vydal album A Gift from a Flower to a Garden (1967).

Osobně se znal se členy kapely The Beatles, cestoval s nimi do Indie a Johna Lennona naučil styl hraní na kytaru zvaný 'finger-picking', který ho poté použil v písních "Dear Prudence" nebo třeba "Julia".

V roce 2012 byl uveden do Rock and Rollové síně slávy, roku 2014 do Songwriters Hall of Fame.
