Don Williams byl americký country zpěvák a písničkář. Díky jeho výšce v kontrastu s měkkým a hladkým hlasem si vysloužil přezdívku "The Gentle Giant".

Působil ve skupině Pozo-Seco Singers a po jejím rozpadu v roce 1969 se začal soustředit na sólovou kariéru.

Vydal několik alb, mezi které patří You're My Best Friend (1975), Harmony (1976), Especially For You (1981), Cafe Carolina (1984), Traces (1987), Tru Love (1990), I Turn the Page (1998) nebo And So It Goes (2012).

Jeho hity byly nahrány mnoha umělci, zpívali je například Johnny Cash, Josh Turner, Sonny James, Alison Krauss, Kenny Rogers, Alan Jackson nebo Pete Townshend.

Roku 2010 byl Don Williams uveden do Country Music Hall of Fame..
