Sincar začal dělat DJ, když mu bylo osmnáct let. Proslavily ho hity "Gym & Tonic", "Feel For You", "Love Generation", World Hold On" nebo "Rock This Party (Everybody Dance Now)"

Vydal také několik alb, například Paradise (1998), Soundz of Freedom (2007) nebo Born in 69 (2009).

Za svou kariéru produkoval mnoho remixů, i od tak známých umělců jako jsou Madonna, Rihanna nebo James Brown.
